Owen was one of the first massage therapists to be licensed in the state of North Carolina and Chapel Hill’s leading expert in Myofascial Release. Triangle Body Therapy is located in Chapel Hill, NC’s Southern Village.

Owen is among the most experienced Myofascial Release (MFR) therapists in the Carolinas and has spent hundreds of hours training directly with MFR’s founder, John F. Barnes, PT. He’s been a massage therapist for more than a quarter century, logging well over 20,000 hours of hands-on experience. He can’t imagine a more fulfilling career made any other way.

Emily is a co-founder of Triangle Body Therapy and has been immersed in Myofascial Release (MFR) since its founding in 1999. With a background in holistic health coaching, she brings an integrative approach to healing. After receiving hundreds of hours of MFR treatment, she was drawn to train in the work herself and now supports clients with empathy, intuition, and a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal.
