What Is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that releases restrictions in the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. These restrictions can cause pain, tension, and limited range of motion throughout the body.

By releasing these restrictions, the body can move more freely, chronic pain diminishes, and natural healing processes are restored. Unlike traditional massage, myofascial release addresses the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms.
