Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is both an energizing and relaxing workout. It picks up where stretching leaves off.

A Different Sort of Body Rolling

You may be familiar with other types of compressive rolling, such as using a tennis ball or foam roller. A tennis ball on your shoulder or hip is great. A foam roller down your outer leg works wonders (even if it is sheer torture for most people). But there’s nothing else like Yamuna Body Rolling.

YBR utilizes several different-sized balls for different parts of your body. The idea is that the compression of these balls into bones, tendons, muscles, and fascia releases restrictions. The balls used in this method are designed to work with the body in a way that other tools can’t.

Typically, compression tools are used randomly. You just roll where there is tightness.

YBR is different.
